General Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) govern the contractual relationship between Qery AG, Switzerland ("qery", "we") and the customer ("you") for the use of qery.ch and its paid services.

2. Services

qery provides AI visibility analysis, company directory listings, content and reporting tools. The specific scope is defined by the booked plan on the pricing page. Free services may be changed or discontinued at any time.

3. Contract term & cancellation

Paid plans run for a 12-month term and are billed annually in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the term. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; access continues until then.

4. Prices

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise. Late payments may lead to suspension of paid features.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and force majeure may cause temporary downtime. Claims for damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Customer content

You retain all rights to content you submit. You grant us the licence to store, structure and publish it as part of the service (e.g. your directory profile). You confirm that submitted content is lawful and accurate.

7. Liability

Liability is limited to gross negligence and intent, to the extent permitted by mandatory Swiss law. Scores and AI behaviour analyses are estimates without guarantee.

8. Changes

We may amend these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Applicable law

Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
