Can I upgrade later?
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately and we credit the remaining days of your current plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Stripe checkout (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, TWINT where available) and, in test mode, our built-in card checkout. Invoices are issued electronically in CHF.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us and we will refund the annual fee in full — no questions asked.
Do you offer monthly billing?
Annual billing keeps prices low (that is where the discount comes from). Monthly plans are on the roadmap for smaller teams.
